Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DevScale.cloud website and your enrollment in our Cloud & DevOps bootcamp. By using our site or enrolling, you agree to these Terms. We are based in Canada.

1. Our services

DevScale.cloud provides online, mentor-led Cloud and DevOps training delivered through live classes, projects, and learning materials. Course content, schedules, and cohort dates may be updated to improve the program.

2. Enrollment and payment

• Submitting the enrollment form requests a place in a cohort; your seat is confirmed once your first payment clears.
• Fees are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). You may pay in full or in 2 installments as offered at checkout.
• Payment is made by bank transfer (Interac e-Transfer, direct deposit, or wire) using the instructions emailed to you. You are responsible for paying instalments on time to keep your seat.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee & refunds

If the program is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your cohort start date, no questions asked. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. To request a refund, email info@devscale.cloud with your enrollment reference.

4. Student accounts

Student login details are issued to you directly after enrollment. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Accounts are for your personal use and may not be shared.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute course materials without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use the service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, content, branding, and the DevScale.cloud name and logo are our property or licensed to us. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access materials for your own learning during and after the program.

7. No guarantee of employment

We provide training, mentorship, and career support to help you become job-ready, but we do not guarantee any specific job, salary, or outcome. Results depend on your effort and factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevScale.cloud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
